Medical Radiation Technology Scope of Practice
Submission by the College of Medical Radiation Technologists of Ontario and the Ontario Association of Medical Radiation Technologists
The profession of medical radiation technology was invited to submit recommendations for changes in scope of practice to enhance interprofessional collaboration and assist members to work to the maximum of their scope of practice.
Responses to the submissions are invited before August 15, 2008 and will be posted below. Responses should be addressed to:

We prefer submissions to be made in Microsoft Word, either on disk (by mail) or by email when possible.
Responses to Submission on Medical Radiation Technology
Individuals and organizations have responded to the submission made by the College of Medical Radiation Technologists of Ontario (CMRTO) concerning the scope of practice of medical radiation technology. Responses received by HPRAC are posted on the HPRAC website; however, HPRAC reserves the right to delete personal information to meet its obligations under the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, R.S.O 1990, Chapter F.31.
The responses to the CMRTO submission are intended to provide comment and analysis of the proposals made by the CMRTO, and to present information that will assist in the review, and in the consideration of advice that HPRAC provides to the Minister. Responses are available in the language in which they are received, and will not be translated from English to French or French to English.
