Discussion Guide

To understand various perspectives on this issue including those of health care practitioners and professionals, facilities and institutions, clients and patients, advocates and regulators, HPRAC has developed a Discussion Guide that poses a number of questions concerning interprofessional collaboration. Responses to this Guide will assist us in framing further consultations and research activity and responding to the Minister.

We are asking that you participate in this process by responding to the Guide. You may want to respond to some or all of the questions, provide additional information, and indicate other resources that will be useful in our examination of these important questions.

Responses to the Guide are requested by May 31, 2008.

Where possible in your response to the questions, we would appreciate references to the literature you refer to, and to your experiences in collaboration among professions (it is not necessary that you respond to all questions).  Responses should be addressed to:

We prefer submissions to be made in Microsoft Word, either on disk (by mail) or by email when possible.
