Individuals and organizations have responded to the submission made by the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) concerning the scope of practice of extended class nurses (nurse practitioners).  Responses received by HPRAC are posted on the HPRAC website; however, HPRAC reserves the right to delete personal information to meet its obligations under the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, R.S.O 1990, Chapter F.31.

The responses to the CNO submission are intended to provide comment and analysis of the proposals made by the CNO, and to present information that will assist in the review, and in the consideration of advice that HPRAC provides to the Minister. Responses are available in the language in which they are received, and will not be translated from English to French or French to English.
