As the first step in the consideration of matters raised in the Minister's request for advice from HPRAC, the Council requested that the College of Nurses of Ontario respond to a questionnaire to address issues to be considered in a potential change in the scope of practice for extended class nurses (nurse practitioners) in Ontario.The College's response, submitted to HPRAC in August, 2007,  follows in two parts:  a) the response to the questionnaire and b)  appendices to the response. To access these documents, please click on the items below. Information concerning HPRAC's consultative process will be posted in the "Minister's Question and HPRAC's Approach", and organizations or individuals with an interest in the matter should refer to the "How to Participate" section.
