Accessibility Standards for Customer Service

 The Accessibility Standards for Customer Service Regulation (Ontario Regulation 429/07) is the first accessibility standard under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005. The regulation came into force on January 1, 2008, requiring all public sector organizations which provide goods and services to customers in Ontario to comply.

The Health Professions Regulatory Advisory Council (HPRAC) is committed to providing quality service to all of our stakeholders. We will ensure that our employees are trained on accessible customer service, provide a feedback process and develop a service disruption notice plan.  

HPRAC is providing information to the public on our feedback process and, temporary disruption policy, as well as our Accessible Customer Service Policy. Please follow the links below:
