Laura Niles
Executive Coordinator
Laura joined HPRAC as Executive Coordinator from Negotiatiations, Accountability and Management Division of the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care. Laura has over 20 years experience in the OPS in four different ministries with a focussed career in Project Management. She holds a professional project management designation from the Project Management Institute, a degree in Political Science from Queen's and graduate of executive development programs from Queen's and Schulich Schools of Business.
Susanna Tam
Policy Analyst
Susanna joined HPRAC in April 2008 from the Institute for Clinical Evaluative Sciences where she served as a project manager. She is also a physiotherapist, with 10 years clinical experience at various hospitals in the GTA. Susanna holds a Master of Science degree in Health Administration from the University of Toronto, a Bachelor of Science degree (Physical Therapy) from Queen's University and a certificate in Collaborative Studies in Health Services and Policy Research.
Barb Thompson
Administrative Assistant
Barb's long time service to the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care began in 1981. She worked for several departments within the Insurance Division, including the Director's Office, Claims Division and Registration Division (under OHIP), before joining HPRAC's staff in 1993.
